The published research literature has investigated: GHRH receptor activation in pituitary somatotroph cells Pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone Subsequent IGF-1 elevation through downstream GH signaling Maintained natural feedback regulation through somatostatin and IGF-1 DPP-4-resistant pharmacokinetics from the trans-3-hexenoic acid modification The two compounds produce fundamentally different research effects: AOD-9604 produces lipolytic activity without affecting IGF-1 or broader GH-mediated signaling Tesamorelin produces full GH axis activation including IGF-1 elevation and broader GH-mediated effects Pharmacokinetic Comparison The compounds have different pharmacokinetic profiles: AOD-9604
